To guarantee quality of products, General Manager Sheng goes to the production line to control product quality irregularly to check production records and maintenance plan of each production equipment, organize conferences of Production Department and Quality Department, and make corresponding regulations and requirements in terms of product quality control, with main contents shown as follows: 

I. We must prepare standard process documents strictly, follow SOP strictly and verify and stabilize some parameters constantly. 

II. We shall implement 6S management system and follow and implement it strictly. 6S is mainly to enhance personnel management and training, increase production capacity and improve quality on the premise of work safety from Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke and Security types.
