General Manager Ms. Sheng were invited to participate in 2020 the 6th Electroplating Industry + Internet Summit and take part in conference dialogue in October 2020. During dialogue, General Manager Sheng analyzed current difficulties in enterprise development based on current economic situation and brought forward corresponding solution strategies, which received unanimous praise from counterparts. In the conference, relevant solutions are made for issues below: 

I. Under economic situation and epidemic influence this year, development of enterprises is affected and the counter measure is: in terms of epidemic situation, although orders decrease suddenly in the first half year, we are all experiencing it and we believe the market will bounce back. While enhancing management, technologies are renovated in the first half year and orders take a turn for the better in the second half year. And new markets are developed constantly. We cope with each sample of clients actively. And several new products start to be quantized slowly in the second half year. 

II. About electroplating production, General Manager Sheng replies confirmatively to which is the more significant aspect out of management, technology and environmental protection as follows: all three aspects are critical and in a stable triangle relation, which are indispensable. And management is more of a core. During manufacturing, we prepare and implement standard process documents strictly, standardized the entire manufacturing process through more scientific 6S management systems, pay attention to team building, create core technology of the enterprise, win the industrial occupancy and improve reputation of the enterprise. Meanwhile, we respond to calls of the government actively, focus on environmental protection and realize sustainable electroplating development to make the enterprise face and serve the market in better posture.
